Laughter Wellness Workshops

When people laugh together it instills a high trust, positive environment where anything is possible. When this is done through something as fun and as simple as unconditional laughter, it is incredibly empowering for individuals. We help people get in touch with themselves again and give them tools to take away, which they can use in all spheres of their lives.
Laughter instantly connects people, dissolves judgment and ego, and breaks down barriers such as age, race, religion, language, heirarchy and physical capabilities.
In our Laughter Wellness workshops, we introduce you to laughter yoga which is the process or experiential side to the workshop. Laughter yoga combines laughter exercises combined with deep diaphragmatic breathing (we do not use traditional yoga postures, but we do use yogic/diaphragmatic breathing).
